1) Stop treating stress negatively. How we react to stress determines how it affects us and your organizations. What we put in is what we get out.

2) Redirect stress. Stress is just energy, it’s just a set of circumstances that provides a need for action. When we learn about how stress affects our bodies, we can change that stress and let it provide positive energy for action.

3) Use deep practice techniques to create a lifelong skill of redirecting stress. Just like most diets in the US last about 3 days, most leadership and wellness programs lessons last about a week. To really create change, we need to create skills that are ingrained into the fabric of our organization.

4) Track your progress.
